| Dear Andy Fein and Amy,
We can\'t thank you enough for the help in selecting my new violin. I am often intimidated by such tasks, but you both made it so enjoyable. The new violin is working out beautifully and my teacher was very impressed with it. Now I just have to work harder, but the instrument spurs me on. I have two young granddaughters who play, also, so we cheer each other on to new heights.
Thank you.

| I saw you had a Myspace page, so I had to check it out. I bought a beautiful violin from you almost four years ago. I have to say I LOVE IT! It is absolutely gorgeous and the sound is amazing. It has a deep, rich tone that is exactly what I wanted. The only downfall is that I need to learn to play it better. I don't do it justice. Anyways, I just wanted to say that you are extremely talented and thank you for my beautiful violin! Elishia S. Purchased D. Albert Violin of Markneukirchen, Germany for $1156 | ||
| Dear Fein Violins,
I absolutely had to write you a letter of gratitude for the exceptional experience I had in your store today. I had a serious bonding session with my new fiddle tonight, and after purchasing three prior instruments, this one far exceeds any I have owned in quality and beauty.
I feel as though I got the deal of the century today, and appreciate the generosity that you offered in trading my 'little fiddle that could' for the price I had paid for it. I still can't believe that you included the case and bow in the deal, not to mention the dampit, rosin, and t-shirt. You Guys are awesome!
Thank you for being so helpful, honest, and generous. I will spread the good word about your store on the bluegrass circuit!
